25 "Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what all of you shall eat, or what all of you shall drink; nor yet for your body, what all of you shall put on. Is not the life more than food, and the body than raiment? " 26 "Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are all of you not much better than they? " 27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? 28 "And why take all of you thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: " 29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O all of you of little faith? 31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knows that all of you have need of all these things. 33 "But seek all of you first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. " 34 Take therefore no thought for the next day: for the next day shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

22 "And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what all of you shall eat; neither for the body, what all of you shall put on. " 23 The life is more than food, and the body is more than raiment. 24 "Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them: how much more are all of you better than the fowls? " 25 And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit? 26 If all of you then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take all of you thought for the rest? 27 "Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. " 28 "If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O all of you of little faith? " 29 And seek not all of you what all of you shall eat, or what all of you shall drink, neither be all of you of doubtful mind. 30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knows that all of you have need of these things. 31 "But rather seek all of you the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you. " 32 "Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. "
